Rental terms

1. Who can drive

• driver must be 25+ years old,
• hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years,
• have no serious traffic offences,
• every additional driver must be listed in the contract.

2. Documents at handover

• ID card or passport,
• driving licence,
• payment card in driver's name (for deposit),
• for companies — registry extract, company ID and authorized signature.

3. Refundable deposit

Deposit amount depends on selected model (typically 30,000-100,000 CZK). It is paid at handover by bank transfer or card pre-authorization. If returned without issues, funds are released within 48 hours.

4. Insurance and deductible

Rental price includes liability and comprehensive insurance with deductible depending on vehicle type (typically 5% / minimum 10,000 CZK). Deductible can be reduced to 0% for an additional fee.

5. Pickup and return

1. Pickup at our Prague branch (other places possible by arrangement).
2. Vehicle condition is checked and handover protocol is signed.
3. Return must be in agreed time during branch working hours.
4. Car must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup.

6. Penalties and fees

• late return — 150% of daily rate for each started day,
• lower fuel level — refuel cost + 500 CZK handling fee,
• smoking in interior — 5,000 CZK (deep cleaning required),
• excessive dirt beyond normal use — charged by actual cleaning costs.

7. Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellation fee is 30% of rental price. Date rescheduling is usually free (subject to availability).

8. Geographic use

Rental includes use within Czechia. Driving abroad requires written consent and additional insurance surcharge.
