Schedule of Fees, Penalties and Compensations

1. General provisions

This schedule is an integral part of the vehicle rental contract and the General Terms and Conditions ("GTC"). In case of conflict between this schedule and an individual contract, the contract prevails. All amounts are in Czech crowns (CZK) including VAT. The specific rental price, deposit, mileage limit and extra-kilometre rate are always governed by the contract or the specific vehicle's card. Fees, penalties and contractual fines under this schedule are payable in addition to compensation for actual damage and lost profit to the extent permitted by law and the contract. Due dates follow the GTC; the lessor may unilaterally set off its claims against the deposit. The lessor may change this schedule. The version effective on the date of contract conclusion applies.

2. What is included in the rental price

• liability insurance and comprehensive insurance with a defined deductible,
• kilometres included per the selected vehicle's price list,
• 24/7 assistance service within the Czech Republic,
• complete vehicle cleaning after return,
• full fuel tank at handover.

3. Rental rates

Rates apply to rentals within the Czech Republic; individual terms apply abroad and for corporate clients. The longer the rental, the lower the daily rate. Current rates per vehicle and rental length are on the [Pricing](/price) page and each vehicle's card in the [catalogue](/catalogue).

4. Deposit and deductible

The refundable deposit is individual per vehicle model; the amount is shown on the vehicle's page in the catalogue. It is paid at handover by bank transfer or card pre-authorization. After the vehicle is returned without defects, the deposit is released within 48 hours. The basic deductible for an insurance event is governed by the contract and the vehicle's card, minimum CZK 10,000. The deposit secures all of the lessor's claims (in particular damage, deductible, contractual fines, surcharges, extra kilometres, fuel, soiling, fines, towing and lost revenue).

5. Mileage limit and extra kilometres

The standard mileage limit is 110 km/day and is included in the price. The limit can be increased up to 200 km/day as an additional service priced per the vehicle's card. Each kilometre over the limit is charged at the vehicle's rate, typically CZK 40–75/km.

6. Additional services and protection packages

• wheel and tyre insurance: CZK 650/day,
• deposit reduction to 50%: CZK 1,490 one-off,
• deposit reduction to 25%: CZK 2,490 one-off,
• deductible reduction to 0%: surcharge per vehicle,
• limit increase to 200 km/day: per vehicle card,
• second driver: surcharge per vehicle.

Protection packages are contractual arrangements on the scope of the renter's liability, not an insurance product. Reduction or limitation of liability does not apply in case of breach of contract, prohibited use, gross negligence or intent.

7. Delivery, handover and convenience

• delivery / collection (Prague, airport, hotel, office): individual quote,
• delivery outside Prague: individual quote (driver, km, time),
• handover / return outside business hours: individually by agreement,
• one-way return to a different location: individual quote.

8. Cancellation fees

• more than 72 hours before pickup: free of charge,
• 72–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the rental price,
• less than 24 hours before pickup: 80% of the rental price,
• no-show or cancellation after the pickup time: 100% of the rental price,
• rescheduling (more than 72 h in advance): usually free, subject to availability.

Stricter cancellation terms may apply to weekend, wedding, event, corporate, international or individually blocked rentals per the contract.

9. Operating fees and penalties

• late vehicle return: 150% of the daily rate for each started day,
• lower fuel level at return: refuelling + CZK 500 handling fee,
• smoking / vaping in the interior: CZK 5,000 (deep disinfection),
• heavy soiling beyond normal use: actual cleaning costs; if it prevents inspection, the deposit is withheld until cleaning,
• animal without consent: CZK 3,000–10,000 + cleaning.

Protective penalties under the contract and GTC

• failure to return the vehicle on time: late-return penalty + lost profit + recovery costs; may be reported to the Police,
• vehicle recovery / immobilisation: actual costs,
• early termination for reasons on the renter's side: no refund of unused price + penalty,
• lost key: actual costs + CZK 5,000 administration (premium vehicles CZK 15,000–50,000+),
• lost documents: actual costs + CZK 2,000–5,000,
• lost licence plate: actual costs + CZK 2,000,
• administrative processing of a fine / driver identification to authorities: CZK 500–1,500 per case,
• unauthorised driver: CZK 20,000–50,000 + damage (risk of losing insurance cover),
• driving abroad without consent: CZK 20,000–100,000 + damage,
• drift / burnout / launch control / aggressive driving: CZK 20,000–100,000 + actual damage,
• track / racing / competition: CZK 50,000–150,000 + actual damage,
• tampering with GPS / telematics: CZK 20,000–50,000 + damage,
• damage event administration: CZK 2,000–10,000,
• vehicle downtime: CZK 5,000 per started day (in addition to damage and lost profit).

10. Vehicle damage rates (indicative)

Indicative references for the most common damage beyond normal wear. The final amount is determined by actual costs and a service or expert assessment.

• windscreen: per vehicle, often CZK 8,000–40,000 + fitting,
• side / rear glass, mirror, headlight (LED / Matrix): actual costs per vehicle,
• tyre (sport): actual costs, often CZK 8,000–20,000 each,
• wheel rim refurbishment: min. CZK 5,000 per rim; replacement: actual costs,
• paint – local repair / panel respray: actual costs,
• interior – cleaning / repair: actual costs + administration,
• carbon / painted / electronic elements: actual costs,
• service diagnostics: actual costs, min. CZK 1,500.

11. Final provisions

All amounts are payable in addition to compensation for actual damage and lost profit to the extent permitted by law and the contract. Rental rates, extra kilometres and deposits per vehicle are stated on the vehicle card; amounts may vary by vehicle, season, rental length and individual agreement.
