Frequently asked questions

Who can drive the rental car?

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement can drive. Minimum age is 25 and a driving licence held for at least 2 years is required.

Where can I pick up and return the car?

Standard pickup and return takes place at our Prague branch. By agreement we can deliver to airport, hotel or office.

How does booking and deposit work?

We confirm booking by phone or email. The refundable deposit is paid at handover and returned after the car is returned without damage.

What insurance is included?

The price includes liability and comprehensive insurance with deductible. The deductible can be reduced for an extra fee.

Is there a mileage limit?

Standard limit is 110 km/day. The limit can be upgraded up to 200 km/day as an additional service.
