1) Required documents
Bring a valid ID/passport, driving licence, payment card in your name and company documents for business rentals.
2) Refundable deposit
Deposit is handled via bank transfer or card pre-authorization and released after a clean return, typically within 48 hours.
3) Handover and return
Check vehicle condition, fuel level and handover protocol, and return the car with same fuel level to avoid additional charges.
